Vacancy – Project Manager

C2Events is a full service event management company based in Wakefield.  Our events are held worldwide, in the last 3 years we have delivered events in over 20 countries, which means plenty of opportunity to travel.  We have an outstanding reputation with our clients and with our staff too!

The role will consist of:

  • Ensuring client objectives are clarified, defined and that realistic action plans are developed and implemented
  • Delegate management and registration
  • Venue Sourcing and liaising
  • Manage deadlines effectively and work proactively
  • To work and coordinate well with external teams and suppliers
  • Onsite delivery of events as part of the team, delivering excellent customer service and meeting client needs and expectations
  • Financial management of events: maintain accurate budgets and updates to clients and complete project final reconciliation


We are looking for an outgoing person to join our fun team, to manage all aspects of project management effectively to deliver successful events.  You should have strong organisational skills, be thorough and be able to manage your own workload as well as working within the team.

Having the event management degree is preferred but not essential but event management experience is.  A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to take your own initiative.
