Training Event

2 day internal training meeting for 50-60 international participants in London, Brussels or Amsterdam to include a team build activity as well as a team dinner on each night and finishing with a reception and lunch.

  • It was paramount to this was demonstrated in the implementation of the meeting as well as the programme

Our Role:
C2events completed an extensive venue source and site inspection in order to ensure the venue was perfect for the needs of the meeting. The Sofitel Le Louise in Brussels was selected as the brand is known for high quality and excellent levels of service.

In keeping with the theme of quality a Belgian Chocolate workshop was arranged for the team build and ice breaker, this included a guest celebrity chef speaker to provide an entertaining talk to emphasise the importance of using quality ingredients and explain why Belgian Chocolate is considered to be the best in the world! Following the workshop, a buffet dinner was arranged in the hotel.

The following day involved a full day training meeting, incorporating guest speakers, interactive poster sessions and video presentations. The day ended with a three course dinner at a highly regarded local restaurant.

The final day focused on the importance of the quality of data with further training sessions. This was completed with a drinks reception and three course sit down lunch.
C2events managed all logistical elements of the meeting, including delegate communication, AV and production, coordination of the team build and dinners, speaker management, travel and ground transportation and venue sourcing and management.

C2events delivered a hugely successful event which was both creative and stimulating. The venue was excellent for achieving the objective of the meeting and in keeping with the brief. The team build added an emphasis to the theme of quality and was a great icebreaker, starting the meeting off with a real buzz and sense of enjoyment. The programme energised the team, and as a result of the seamless event planning both the client and participants provided the following excellent feedback.
