Negotiating on price is clearly a vital component of planning any event. But it does not just start and stop with price. At C2events we always look to maximise the value for our clients on all manner of added value aspects. This can include an onsite office for the organising team, a welcome drinks reception for the delegates, room upgrades for the VIPs and free Wi-Fi for everyone.
Additionally, when it comes down to the detail of the contract it is areas such as deposit payment terms and timings and cancellation terms and timings that are also factored in as part of the negotiation process.
