Onsite delivery is significantly enhanced by local knowledge and a strong local support team. In addition to our own local knowledge and experience gained from working in 58 destinations in over 20 countries in the last 3 years, we have a network of tried and tested destination management companies who support us to ensure our clients’ needs are met wherever in the world the event is taking place. We have built up many of these relationships over numerous years so that our respective teams work closely with each other to deliver a seamless and joined up service to ensure an excellent delegate experience.
Our onsite teams frequently build great relationships with delegates to the extent that on successive events they provide that friendly familiar face making delegates feel relaxed and ‘at home’ wherever they are in the world.
