Challenge:
To manage the logistics for the 4 day Annual ‘All Company Meeting’ for a global client, across 2 unique venues. The aim was to unite the wider team, offering a memorable, motivational, celebratory experience.
Solution:
We sourced several venues that went beyond the ‘standard’ MO. We choose locations with that enable the delivery of a truly unique, memorable event experience that would inspire their employees.
We created spaces that were like anything they had previously, developing an interactive programme across broad sites, engaging attendees throughout, introducing a little healthy competition into the mix!
Result(s):
We were responsible for managing all elements of the event programme, ensuring a smooth delivery, with excellence throughout. This included:
• Sourcing & management of two unique venues
• Management and registration of all delegates
• Management and delivery of all delegate communications
• The movement of attendees between sites
• Designing and delivering all company activities
• Dine around and gala dinner management
• Full budget management
• Complex accommodation management with multiple zones
• Project Management throughout the event lifecycle
• Leading a variety of suppliers and partners to a highly successful end
