C2events was established in 2004. During this time we have run meetings and events from 10 attendees to over 2,000. Our services range from venue finding and travel to a full range of event management and delegate engagement services. We also provide consultancy services on areas such as SMMP and ROO/ROI.
Meetings and events we manage include leadership meetings, product launches, sales conferences, educational meetings, international congresses, advisory boards, clinical trials meetings and training meetings.
We have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the strictly regulated healthcare market as well as experience in a number of other sectors. In the last three years alone we have delivered events in 73 destinations in over 23 countries.

In today’s ever changing world we always look to bring the benefit of latest technology to our clients’ events but we never introduce technology for technology’s sake. The right technology for the right audience can dramatically improve delegate engagement but so too can other activities such as a traditional debate.
We recognise the importance to clients of achieving a return on investment in their meetings and events expenditure. We work to the internationally acclaimed Phillips Methodology and whether or not we manage an event to the highest level of ROI we never forget that even if you plan an event to achieve a ROI then you will significantly improve the results.
