C2 was launched by its Founder and Executive Director, Cheryl Clarke, from an office in her home in 2004. Since then, the company has grown to a turnover of £10 million.

We were judged a Best Place to Work by C&IT in 2020, were Highly Commended in 2022 and a finalist in 2023.
