StC and GEP - Meeting Management

To manage and support our client in delivering comprehensive education to HCPs through a series of high-impact meetings. The program included a 0.5-day Global Expert Panel Meeting, followed by a 1-day Joint Global Expert Panel and Steering Committee Meeting, and concluded with a 0.5-day Steering Committee Meeting.

Alongside this we also needed to create personal spaces for individual briefing and debriefs as well as Podcast recording sessions. 

C2events was entrusted with the full management of a complex, multi-day program designed to bring together leading experts from across the globe. Our team conducted an extensive venue search across Europe to identify the perfect location, carefully evaluating options based on logistical flexibility, flight accessibility, and suitability for the event’s unique requirements.

In addition to venue sourcing, we carried out a comprehensive flight analysis to ensure smooth travel logistics for attendees. Throughout the planning process, we managed numerous last-minute flight changes due to airport strikes and other unforeseen disruptions, proactively rebooking travel and adjusting logistics to minimise the impact on attendees.

We were responsible for managing all elements of the event programme, ensuring a smooth delivery, with excellence throughout. This included:

•    Sourcing & management of a unique venue that the delegates haven't been to previously
•    Management and registration of all delegates
•    Management and delivery of all delegate communications
