Challenge:
To source venues in both Copenhagen and Bangalore with the infrastructure required to deliver a unique, memorable global event experience and unite the wider Data Science team, offering a seamless experience, even with the great distance between locations.
Solution:
Using technology to bring the team together. Shared live sessions run in parallel with a video link for crossover sessions with presenters interacting between locations. Suitable plenary and several breakout rooms designated for local sessions. Development and delivery of an interactive programme, engaging delegates across the two sites, using a custom-built event app to enhance attendee participation.
Result(s):
Successful delivery of the first ever ‘All Staff Data Science Summit’, delivering a seamless experience connecting delegates from both locations.
