Challenge:
To manage the logistics for the European Academy of Dermatology and Venerology 2024 (EADV) on behalf of a global pharmaceutical client. Encompassing 326 delegates attending from over 14 countries, plus 56 individual staff and 5 different agencies.
To support the main client with their symposium management at the congress. Help with delegate movement and arrangement and distribution of lunch bags
Solution:

• Congress shuttles – for all attendees and staff
