Challenge:
To support a financial services client in delivering their first-ever Leadership Summit, bringing together senior stakeholders from merging global businesses. The event needed to foster collaboration, alignment, and forward-thinking, while leaving a strong and lasting first impression.
With just eight weeks from initial enquiry to delivery, the timeline added an extra layer of complexity to an already high-profile brief.
Solution:
We were tasked with sourcing a standout UK venue that offered a true “wow” factor - easily accessible from major airports, yet outside of London. The experience needed to reflect a five-star standard, befitting an audience of CEOs, CFOs, and senior directors.
Following an extensive sourcing and negotiation process, we secured Fairmont Windsor Park - a luxury property known for its exceptional service and versatile event spaces. The venue provided the perfect backdrop to create a premium, memorable experience for attendees.
Alongside venue sourcing, we managed the full scope of event delivery. This included end-to-end logistics, delegate registration, supplier sourcing (including floristry, speakers, and entertainment), and detailed budget negotiations to ensure cost efficiencies were achieved without compromising quality.
We also partnered with NKD, part of the ITA Group network, to design and facilitate impactful content, workshops, and interactive sessions that encouraged engagement and meaningful collaboration.
Result(s):
We successfully delivered a high-impact Leadership Summit within a compressed timeframe, exceeding expectations and setting a strong benchmark for future events. Our responsibilities included:
