C2 has been awarded a Silver Medal by Global Sustainability Ratings Agency, EcoVadis and is in the top 15% of companies assessed globally. 

EcoVadis assesses how well a company has integrated the principles of Sustainability into its business and management systems. It scores an organisation’s performance across the environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

C2 scored over 70% and above in all areas and achieved its highest score for the Environment.

C2events Founder and Executive Director, Cheryl Clarke said, ‘We are happy to have achieved Silver and to be in the top 15% worldwide, especially when over 100,000 organisations across more than 75 countries have been tested.’

Commenting Mark Saxby, Executive Director, said, ‘This means a lot to us as sustainability is so key to the way we plan and run our events. EcoVadis is recognised by our clients around the world.

Commenting on the Medal, Katie Bennett, Business Support Manager said, ‘This is the fourth time we have been accredited. The submission process helps ensure we are making ongoing improvements that we incorporate into the business. We were one point away from achieving Gold and will be looking to do that next year.  We are increasingly assessing our suppliers to make sure they have the same values for sustainability and approach to the environment.’
